    Between the aggregate of three neighbouring towns of Gdynia, Sopot, Gdańsk and Szczecin, close to the sea, amid lakes and hills.


Beautiful moraine hills covered with beech and mixed forests, clean lakes and nearness of open sea is the natural surroundings of the town of Wejherowo located in the centre of Kaszuby region. Wejherowo is placed 20 km away from Gdynia and its ferry harbour, 30 km from seaside resorts (Karwia, Jastrzęnia Góra) and 40 km from airport in Gdańsk. Therefore, Wejherowo is a great starting point for excursions around bigger entertainment and holiday centres of the aggregate of three neighbouring towns of Gdynia, Sopot and Gdańsk and, from there, to Baltic countries.

Via Wejherowo goes an international route E-28 (national road nr 6) Gdańsk - Szczecin - Berlin and a railway line. Wejherowo is connected with the aggregate of three neighbouring towns of Gdynia, Sopot and Gdańsk by SKM (fast suburban railway line) and, additionally, with Sopot and Gdańsk by a bypass.

Furthermore, Wejherowo is an attractive starting point for one-day tourism, which is an alternative offer for holidaymakers who are staying in nearby seaside resorts. The overnight, catering, shopping and services industry, as well as sport and recreational infrastructure is at tourists' disposal.





The attractive location between afforested hills, unique microclimate as a result of so-called "wind tunnel", favourable transport connections throughout Pomerania and northern Europe determine the tourist attractiveness of the town.
